We will be carrying out unplanned maintenance on OASIS this evening, Wednesday 8th July, starting at 23:00 (BST).

The maintenance is to apply a security update released today by one of our third-party software vendors. Applying vendor updates promptly is a standard part of our security and patch management processes, and we have scheduled the work outside of core hours to minimise disruption.

What to expect:

OASIS will remain available throughout, but you may experience a brief interruption during the maintenance window. If this happens, you may see an error message while using the system, refreshing the page should resolve the issue. We expect the work to take approximately 15 minutes. No data will be affected and no action is required on your part.

If you are working in OASIS during the maintenance window we would recommend you save your work often. If you do receive an error while entering significant content (for example, a case note), close the error message and copy and paste your text somewhere safe before refreshing the page, to avoid losing it.
